If a product is found to be physically damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers can request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Product must be damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.
  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product should be unused and in original packaging.
  • Product images may be required for verification.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Personalized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Used or damaged products caused after delivery
